Good. This program is designed to help you apply what you already wrote. You bring your toolkit outputs, decisions, and direction into the program, and we turn them into real-life execution with structure, accountability, and correction where needed.

This program is for execution, not starting over

  • You want shortcuts, hype, or “one call fixes”
  • You won’t do the work outside the sessions

At this stage, the issue is usually not clarity. It is execution

Program format

4 weeks. One session per week. Simple rhythm.

  • Duration: 4 weeks
  • Live sessions: 1x/week, 75 minutes (60–90 minutes depending on group needs)
  • Cohort size: 6–8 men (Beta)
  • Delivery: Live on Zoom
  • Between-session work: 30–45 minutes/week
  • Support: Private WhatsApp or Telegram group (Mon–Fri responses within 24 hours)

Cohorts begin on a rolling basis, typically ~2 weeks after acceptance, so we can onboard properly and start strong.

2. Fit check (short call or message confirmation)
3. Start the reset (clarity + execution)
